Renting with a pet can have its challenges no matter where you live, but finding the right community can be incredibly rewarding. Upland Flats knows your pets are happiest right by your side and thats why we allow up to two pets per household.

Upland Flats is purr-fectly surrounded by walking and running trails and is minutes from Eastridge Dog Park and many others, which offers beautiful scenery and plenty of recreational space for you and your animals to enjoy.

We ask that all pets are kept on a leash at all times when walking around property grounds. All pet owners are responsible to quickly and completely clean up after their pets, to maintain a safe and clean living environment for all. Pet owners are welcome to use extra doggy bags at the provided doggy stations, where they can also easily dispose of waste.
